All of our products are produced according to the strict requirements of State and Federal standards. Our poultry processing plants are registered with Primesafe Victoria and our cheese making facility is registered with Dairy Foods Safety Victoria.
We operate all processing facilities according to a Hazard and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program. Our Quality Assurance department routinely monitors and validates all aspects of food safety to ensure the integrity of our products. All of our premises are export approved facilities.
